Each workshop is adapted to the group in the room.
Covering key stages and common challenges while creating space for connection, shared stories, and practical strategies that can be taken away and used straight away.

At Sleepy Smalls Co. I take an integrated, whole-child approach. Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation, it’s connected to nutrition, sensory needs, emotional wellbeing, daily rhythms, and your child’s stage of development. I look at how all of these pieces work together, and where we can gently re-align them.
I’ve also built a trusted network of medical and allied health professionals, so if extra support is needed, I can help connect you with the right people. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all plan, I work alongside you to create strategies that truly fit your family’s values, needs, and capacity. Support that feels realistic, respectful, and responsive.
All of my strategies are grounded in current sleep science, child development research, and the principles of respectful, responsive parenting. I work with your child’s nervous system, never against it.
If you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle that isn’t working for your family, it might be time for extra support. You don’t need to wait for a crisis, sleep support is for every kind of family, at every stage.
Sleepy Smalls Co. uses responsive, attachment-aware and neuroaffirming approaches that centre your child’s wellbeing and your values as a parent. Cry It Out (CIO) is not part of our usual practice. However if a family wishes to explore it, we can ensure it’s done safely, with empathy and support... Zero judgement here.
Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis, or even a concern to access support. Many families just want a little help understanding their smalls' sleep (and the numerous changes and disruptions along the way!), and that’s exactly what we’re here for.
